Pricing, VAT and Customs Options
Prices for customers located within the European Union are displayed VAT‑included. Orders shipped outside the EU are VAT‑free, and any import duties or taxes applied by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.
For shipments to the United States and the United Kingdom, customers may choose to pre‑pay import duties and customs charges during checkout (DDP option). When this option is selected, all customs‑related costs are settled in advance, and no additional fees will be due upon delivery.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via trusted couriers. Delivery times vary depending on destination and logistics. International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections. OP Electronics is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges applied by foreign customs authorities.
Returns
Customers may return the purchased item within 14 days from the date of delivery, as verified through courier tracking.
If the customer has created an account on the website, the return request can be initiated directly from the customer’s account area, without needing to contact support. Customers without an account may request a return using the contact form available on the website.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, including:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- Documentation and manuals
Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
For eligible returns, OP Electronics will issue a refund for the full value of the item, excluding:
- Shipping costs
- Non‑refundable payment processing fees
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm that it is fully functional and in the same condition as originally shipped.
Warranty
EU Customers
Products sold to EU consumers include a 2‑year legal warranty covering manufacturing defects and lack of conformity.
Non‑EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, OP Electronics provides a 2‑year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Improper power supply
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Product Compliance
All electronic products manufactured by OP Electronics comply with applicable EU regulations, including:
- EMC Directive
- RoHS Directive
Products are intended exclusively for musical and audio applications.
Limitation of Liability
OP Electronics is not liable for:
- Damages resulting from improper use
- Damage to instruments, amplifiers, or connected equipment
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by couriers or customs authorities
Condition of Discounted Items
Some products may be offered at a discounted price due to minor cosmetic imperfections. Such conditions are clearly indicated on the product page. These cosmetic defects do not affect functionality and are not considered grounds for return or warranty claims.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the Court of La Spezia, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
